Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on all full-priced items in original condition within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that footwear must include the original shoe box and all jewelry must be returned with its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and securely seal the box with the prepaid label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. You will receive an email confirmation once our warehouse has processed your return and issued your refund.
